• Where are your personal training services located?

  I operate out of Fitness First at Maroubra Junction, which can be handy for Fitness First Passport and Platinum members and also holders of a Fitness Passport. This facility has an excellent range of equipment and spaces, which enables a wide variety of exercises to be tailored for your programme.

  If you do not hold one of these memberships I can arrange to come to you or one of the lovely parks or beaches.

• What about small group classes?

  Have some friends you want to train with? These can be arranged, work well for mums with bubs, and are an affordable option.

• What are your prices?

  The first personal training session is always complimentary as we get to know each other and understand how to reach your health and fitness goals.

  Personal Training Fitness First $120.00 per hour

  Personal Training Off-site $100.00 per hour

  Small Group Training (30 min, 8 person max) $80.00 per session

  Personal training session prices will be pro-rata for 30 or 45 minutes.
