At PNPerformance, we believe age is no barrier to exercise. Utilising my expertise as a personal trainer, cardiovascular and metabolic research scientist, and medical affairs communicator, I create and deliver personalised, evidence-based fitness programmes for mothers and mature adults focused on healthy ageing. Together, we’ll work toward your fitness goals while respecting the natural changes the body undergoes over time.

“My mission is straightforward: to help you feel vibrant in your body

and confident in your health, regardless of the life stage you’re in.”

Where does the Pan-Natal Performance come in? PNPerformance has evolved from Pan-Natal Performance, which was initially focussed on supporting exercise through pregnancy and post-natal recovery. Pan-Natal Performance grew from my own experience staying active through pregnancy in my 40s, when support and guidance were hard to find. Recognising similar gaps in support for healthy ageing within my local community, I expanded and rebranded the service to PNPerformance to better meet the needs of people across all life stages.

Pan. Ancient Greek πᾰν- meaning “all”.

Natal. Latin nātālis meaning “of or relating to birth”

Performance. Old French parfournir, meaning “accomplish,”

derived from Latin per- “through” and formāre “to form” or “shape”.
