ABOUT PAN-NATAL PERFORMANCE
My love of fitness and sports has been life-long. However, when I was pregnant in my 40’s, I experienced a complete lack of support to continue exercising from both healthcare professionals (you’re a geriatric pregnancy) and the village elders (you shouldn’t be doing anything at all). But I listened to my body and my baby and kept moving. Once I had a healthy baby, I did find there was more support to return to exercise, but that the exercises I would do from this point would have to be a little bit different.
From these frustrations an idea was born: to provide a fitness service that supports women to keep moving and training throughout their pregnancy and with their new post-natal body. A fitness service that is supportive and personalised. A fitness service that acknowledges and honours the changes a women’s body goes through in early, mid and later life - Pan-Natal Performance.
